Too bad! I remember Charlie fairly well; he did a lot of the NBC games during the late 60's and throughout the 70's that were on in our market.
I also find it remarkable that I had heard nothing of this on any of the various news channels. I guess ol' Charlie doesn't rate the same amount of press as Tim Russert. Shame. RIP both! |
