Sounds like Abdul Hodge may be over the knee trouble and is rarin to get back to business. Hope it works out as I was pulling for this kid since the Pack drafted him.

Me too. If nothing else, The Pack will have some really good competition at LB.
Depth and tallant. What an amazing concept for a team. |

I would really like to Hodge make a comeback. He was a stud in college, and I think he could be in the pros also if he could stay healthy. Remember, in his one start as a rookie, he did make some glaring mistakes, but he also made some big plays, and scored a touchdown on an interception return.

Good luck Abdul!
If memory serves, Green Bay was known as having great LB'ers during the mid-to-late- 80's, leading into the early 90's. I wouldn't mind having that reputation again. Especially if Hodge brings a big stick like Bigby! |

I, too, was thrilled when we drafted him. Except how is he going to get on the Field? Barnett won't be moved out of the middle.

I had admittedly written the guy off but what a bonus it'd be if we saw someone closer to that exceptional college player in TC. He'll have to make a mark on ST to make it IMO.
Tracy White is a great ST player they just re-signed so they must like something there...and the top-4 are set. Sometimes they only keep 5 so that could be quite the battle among Bishop, Hodge, White, etc. |

I am amazed at the quality of depth this team is collecting., If Aaron is the deal, this team is going to be really tough. Big "if", I know, but this is shaping up nicely. 25 touchdowns and 15 interceptions....that's all I ask!

I actually think Bishop can become a helluva player. I was at the pre-season game when he hit that Jag.....the biggest hit I ever saw live. Surprised the man's head didn't go flying along with the helmet.

He and Hodge are similar: hit like a truck and cover like one too. Unfortunately (?) the need for speed is big in the NFL these days, which limits those two in defensive packages a lot. Special Teams is how they'll make the team. |

Unless Barnett moves outside, Hodge's only hope is to play well enough to become trade bait.
