I seem to recall a lengthy (like eight-minute) clip of Larrivee and McCarren covering the last minute of that Cardinals-Vikings game while the Green Bay-Denver game was going on at the same time.
Does someone have an MP3 of that sequence that they can post? It was especially great when they followed it up with Paul Allen's pants-wetting KFAN call. |

Yeah, I've always wondered the same thing. Also, if anyone could direct me to an online video clip of the actual play, it would be much appreciated. I remember the Vikings had just collapsed onto the field, and some were even in tears. The look on Hovan's face was priceless. |

I'll never forget being at Lambeau that day. I had gotten up to hit the head, as I heard the MN/AZ score before 'the play' and figured the season was over. Since GB was pounding the disinterested/nothing to play for Donkeys, I didn't think I'd miss much. Remember, Shermy forbade the posting of the MN/AZ score in the stadium that day. As I came back to my seat, and just before I sat back down, the crowd went COMPLETELY INSANE. I heard what happened, and other than when I was in the stands for the Carolina NFCCG, I never saw Lambeau more euphoric. That was a memorable run that season - until GB got to Philly, but that's a different story for a different time.

One of the happiest moments I can ever remember. You would have thought I just won the lottery.

I've got the MP3, and you're right, it's a little more than 8 minutes long, and I STILL get chills when I play it. Anyone wants a copy of the file, PM me with your email address and I'll get it to you. And here's a link to that magic moment from The Rockwood Lodge... |

I was there as well. It was totally like nothing else I have seen. The happenings on the field were kind of lack luster after we had dismantled Denver's second and third teams and everyone kind of realizing that it was all for nothing until....... There was a guy right by us who held up his hand about 2 seconds before the entire stadium erupted. My favorite thought about that turn of events is that the Vikes were in first place for the entire season until that play happened. What could be better than that? It was almost as cool as being there for the Steelers game in 1995. |

We had this thread going last year I think. I do have the last 8-9 mins of the Packer-Bronco game from the Packer Radio Network on a mp3. I emailed it to Frz last year. He may have it on here? If not I could up it somewhere for download if people are intrested.

Those two weeks at the end there of the Packer/Raiders game on MNF then the final week Packer/Bronco-Cards was some very intense emotional football for both the Players and us Packer fans. |

thanks BtP, It would be nice to actually see the replay of the crowd at Lambeau that night. ONe of the best Packer moments that the Packers were not playing in.
