Just looking at getting some info on the sept 8th monday nite football game.......... Every year I make it to atleast one packer game at lambeau sometimes more... as for getting tickets I usually get them from a scalper and rarely have a problem except to the chargers game in gb last year.. Therfore im just wondering what does everybody think abou the ticket prices for that game in the scalper pit.... I want a good seat and am willing to pay up to 400 a ticket if i have to......... right now their selling for around 500 a piece do ya think they will still be like that on gameday...... any help would be appreciated.....

We'll be on the couch that day, assuming we pay our electric bill.

I wouldn't need a job if I could predict the future.

What I would do is follow the auctions on eBay and monitor the prices at scalper web sites to see how the prices move. Chances are they will drop a percentage as those who are willing to pay top dollar obtain tickets and drop out of the market. Scalpers always charge a premium this early in the year, too.

Wait a month or two and watch. Pull the trigger when you see something good. A game like this, it's difficult to say how you would do on game day.

It wouldn't hurt to consider end zone seats. "No bad seats..."

I was given tickets to watch the St. Louis Cardinals play baseball on September 6th this past week. That is as close to a Packer game as I usually get. 400 - 500 dollars is a lot more than I can afford right now. That will change in about 5 years when my youngest child graduates from college. Then I'll have to reaccess my situation. So far I have been to 2 Packer games in my life.
