I did that once at a job interview. Was asked if I'd ever been treated for any mental illness. I responded by saying "No, I haven't", "Yes, you have", "No, I haven't", "Yes, you have". After the initial shocked look by the interviewer, he bust out laughing, gave me his card and said "If you have any problems getting in, let me know." Fun stuff.
