Since Brett has such a huge lead, I threw a bone to Bart.

Last week I was scanning a few Cowboys message boards. One of them had a poll about rating the top ten quarterbacks. Universally, all of them listed Roger Staubach, usually about 4-7 overall. Many of them did not list Favre at all, and none listed Bart Starr.

well you missed me arguing with them. I put FAvre at nO 1 and you would have thought I insulted the pope. Of course my harshest critic was from somebody that put Staubach at no 2. Talk about idiots. STaubach was a great QB but with only 150 TD passes, he can't touch FAvre or some of the other greats. I voted for FAvre today. But you know what all the other teamers are going to say. Green Bay fans have nothing better to do but to sit and vote 1000 times each.... |

OOOOOO I may burn in hell for this one......
God asks Peyton Manning first: "What do you believe?" Peyton thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, "I believe in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in giving. I was lucky, but I always tried to do right by my fans." God can't help but see the essential goodness of Manning, and offers him a seat to his left. Then God turns to Tony Romo and says, "What do you believe?" Tony says, "I believe passion, discipline, courage and honor are the fundamentals of life. I, too, have been lucky, but win or lose, I've always tried to be a true sportsman, both on and off the playing fields." God is greatly moved by Tony's sincere eloquence, and he offers him a seat to his right. Finally, God turns to Brett Favre: "And you, Brett, what do you believe?" Brett replies, "I believe you're in my seat." |

Funny how sportscasters and writers always bring up Favre's interception record, as to why he isnt so great.
