Griese is GONE after the season. Rex will be SIGNED to compete for a job if he is willing to sign for PEANUTS. Orton will start the next two games to determine if he worth bringing back to compete for a job next year. Of course logic isn't always used when you have a history of starting a different QB every 4.3 games.
