Facing a banged up Dilfer, Shaun Hill's first start in the NFL, Harrington, Orton, and Culpeeper is a big part of why your defense won those games.

Exactly.

When facing the league's good offenses, that all-world defense got smoked.

And Sharper with only 50 tackles? Huh? Rodgers was right, all they do is have him sit back there in coverage hoping he can read eyes and get picks, or catch underthrown lollipops like on Monday.

But that's Pro Bowl worthy. OK.

Of the Dallas squad, only TO was a star before coming to Dallas. Playing in Dallas somhow turns players into stars. It's the media that drives it.

Finally the truth from [catts]. It's the media that has made the Cowboys great, not that they play great football. It's about time you admit what we all knew for years.

Lost in the sauce. Hamlin is a mediocre S that did not deserve to be there. Rhomo and BO have vanished the last few weeks. Neuman did not deserve to be there over Woodson and has been burned more times than a kid with matches.

And yes, the media does make them stars. I pray that the Packers kick the crap out of the girls next time so the overrated Girls prove what phonies they are.

folk was a good choice and i'd put gould just behind him. crosby may have a lot of points but his accuracy doesn't make the cut.

You also said Grant has no moves and is a junk back...

he is an MVP candidate, although probably about 4th or 5th on the list.

if you think i'm crazy for saying that, tell that to rich gannon because he put up the same list of players i did, including adrian peterson.

the guy is probably going to win the rushing title as a rookie and you don't think he's worth a mention?

everyone knows tom brady tops the list but if you go 4 deep, adrian peterson should be on that list.

he is garbage. within two years most of you will have forgotten all about him. if you can't see that the biggest reason he's gained some yards is blocking, i can't help you. any piece of garbage can run through gaping holes and gain yardage. what makes the difference between a run of the mill junk running back and the top running backs is their ability to make people miss. grant has none of that. he runs in a straight line and if the blocking is good, he will gain a few, if not, he'll stumble to the ground. terrell davis he is not.

Please Dilweed, if it is just blocking, then enlighten all of us as to why no one else could run behind that same line this year?

dallas has the best offense in the NFC and they trailed the vikings for most of the game and won it because of a blocked field goal. once again they gave up some yards but got a bunch of turnovers and took one back for a score, and had two defensive TD's called back, one from a replay and another because of a penalty.

Funny, Dilly, if he's such garbage, and he's run for more yards in the last 8 weeks than any other RB in the league (including Petersen the great with his 240 yard game), what does that say about the other backs in the league?

Maybe the people up der in Minna-SODA think he's an MVP candidate, but the rest of the world doesn't think so.

What did they do against the Packers and that garbage "back"?

My boy Grant has more rushing yards than Peterson in the last eight, so shove it.
