It's like everything he touches turns to ****. For the love of God, please keep hating on all things Ted.

Nah. He, along with several others, whose usernames are surely ringing in your heads same as mine, will return as soon as GB loses a game. Some folks, like the NYC sewer rat, couldn't hold out any longer, nor could our friend above. The rest, though, are hanging on strong. I never knew crazy people had such resolve.

I'm pretty sure he hasn't been right about a single thing . . . ever . . . about anything.

Wrong. One time he was right about nothing.

4. excellent hands

5. good character guy

I think most of us thought 1,2,4,5 were strong possibilities after his rookie year. BUT, #3 is something you just don't see all that often. That, to me, pushes him into the elite category. The guy is a bona fide threat with the BOMB. When is the last time we have seen that? And I'm not talking a long pass that was a slant with maybe 30-40 YAC, I am talking over the shoulder long pass where the ball was aired out for 50 yards.

Man, let him stay under the radar. With 1-5, including #3, he is ELITE, in my mind.

It's a done deal. You cannot possibly have the long TD's at the rate he has had and have it not be so.

Regarding his speed, Jennings has more than adequate speed- but he's not even close to the fastest player on his own team much less the NFL or NFC. He's not a stopwatch guy, much the same a Rice. He has football speed. Functional speed.

His success vertically is less about his speed (not saying he is slow but he is probably on par with the guys covering him), and more about his route running and ability to catch the ball on the run. Plus, McCarthy deserves a LOT of credit for calling the right play at the right time, and Favre deserves a lot of credit for reading defenses, throwing good passes, and putting his receivers in a place to make a play. That is why Jennings' numbers have spiked this year.

I also agree that Driver should make it before Jennings should. I would be happy to see both of them, because it would be deserved, but Driver is the guy that gets 1st downs when they need them at critical points of the game. He's the guy that, at just 180-some lbs, is extremely difficult to bring down. He's the guy that gets up after hit after hit after hit after hit. Not saying Jennings sucks in comparison, but the Packers best WR is Driver, not Jennings, despite the numbers.
