According to Addam Schefler on the NFL network Marshall will be suspended for 3 games and if he receives counseling it will be knocked down to two. I think this guy might be worse than TO and Randy put together. They said there's been something like eleven 911 calls from his house since January of 2006.

This guy is a real loose unit, that's for sure. Hopefully this bodes well for Jolly's forthcoming vacation duration.
