Ticket prices for this game have been dropping and are currently listed through Packer Fan Tours (actually through EventUSA, one bought out the other) starting at $135 each.
I'm not a deer hunter so I don't know if it's deer season but that may be a factor. The weather, Thanksgiving, and the fact that it's the Panthers may be killing the demand. Regardless, that's dirt cheap and almost what you would expect to pay if the Packers were 1-8. I suspect if you went to the scalper pit on game day you might be able to get tickets for $125 or less. No guarantees on that, there is a mindset that tickets are minimum $300 each so the dynamic may be weird this time around. You just never know what to expect on a game-by-game basis but the reality right now is $135. This may be your best chance to take the kid so he can say he saw Brett Favre play and it is close to Christmas if you're looking for a good present. OK, you horses, there's the water... |
