They even have some old Packer "fans" (dilly).

They can't even tackle a guy jogging down the field!

Only if we need to back into the playoffs.

Didn't the Lions have a 2 or maybe even a 3 game advantage for making the playoffs at one point?

Check that, the Lions may be the worst tackling team I have ever seen. Everyone breaks tackles and makes guys miss.

never!

vikings are much more dangerous come playoff time, than the lions are. vikings have a run game and a defense, the lions do not. i would just as soon see them lose and knocked out of the stinking race.

But looking short term over long term, a Detroit loss today is much more beneficial for us re: MAGIC NUMBER. Otherwise, I'd agree with you.

i am not too concerned about magic # at this point. Lions won't win another game.

I wouldn't like to have to beat Minnesota three times in the same year, they did beat us at Lambeau once before in the playoffs. I'd prefer Detroit win this game and have Minny's playoff hopes become slim as a top notch running game can go a long way come January. I'm not too worried about beating the Lions three times in one year though (if it came down to that for both Minny and Detroit).

It is not as if the Lions are 1 or 2 games behind right now, they are 3.5 back with 4 to play. They are no threat for the division. I would much rather see them beat the Vikings and knock them out of the playoff race for all intents and purposes.

They have lost 3, now 4, in a row. I would not want to play Vikings in playoffs.

Kitna needs to dig up some divine intervention for that defensive unit. Maybe a little for him as well.

I wish the Vikings had the Pokes coming up. The team is playing pretty good. TJack may actually have a little something.

So much for Rod Maranelli "rallying the troops" again this week

He seems like a good guy but someone should tell him that franchise is destined for failure.

After seeing so many slant passes I think the Vikes just copied what the Packers did against the Kittys.

Did I just hear Baldinger say "Brad Bevell"?

No kidding? Unbelievable. Are you sure it wasn't a bad snap or blown block or something?

Nope, definitely a called fake. Had a TE in motion for the catch and everything.

No. The holder flipped it to the TE who was running left to right behind the LOS.

Who was the talking head that mentioned Matt Millen = NFL Executive of the Year a couple weeks ago? So much for that!

Lion fans still wishing they had Wayne Fontes back.

It's possible that at the end of the games the NFC could have SEVEN teams tied for the final wildcard spot (although Philadelphia is behind right now, so if they would lose that would decrease the possibility to six).
