The Patriots still lost the Super Bowl.
Always puts a smile on my face. |

I watched the SB replay twice yesterday. Yes it was an exciting win by the G-men over the P-men. Brady was shaken, not stirred. And Randy could have made a better effort to grab the long pass on 3rd down with 10 seconds left.
And I watched the NYGs vs Packers game twice yesterday too. Man o' man, the Packers "D" really stunk up place at Lambeau. No adjustments and missed tackles and missed assignments. Folks said Favre looked old and cold. Not so methinks. Sure he was cold, but who wasnt that night? He just threw that one terrible pass in OT. The Packers "O" had only one real threat and that was Driver who came to play. Missed blocks and poor blocks. The offensive strategy was puzzling at best in the last several minutes of regulation play. Oh well, said this all before. |
