Will the Pack win?

So far nothing new to report from the local Fox team.

I think it's shameful that the GBP openly discriminate against orphans.

JSO says the fans were required to hide in the concourses because of severe weather. Kind of fitting for what this season has had going on so far. Chaotic.

Let's just hope for no injuries.

yeah, you can see everyone hanging out in the entry ways.

reminds me of the Titans pre-season game a few years ago.

Radar doesn't look good.

Commentators look very nevous.

Hope the producers have done due diligence in preparing an hour and a half of material just in case.

Yeah, Tooner, first one I've missed. Now I can just change over to the Hall of fame game if nothing materializes.

If we can say nothing in a thread that has gone to 17 pages, they can fill an hour of dead air time. Thumbs Up

Schefter just said "all Favre EVER wanted was to compete for the starting job". Also called this the ultimate flip flop on part of the Packers.

Media circus has begun. Nothing but video of Brett's plane landing right now.

No doubt Murphy wants to get the word out that "Favre retired and then he changed his mind." He said that twice during the interview.

It's often been said that one player does not make a team. Not so. In this case, one player is BREAKING a team. I frankly wouldn't care if Favre ended up going to the Vikings for absolutely no compensation at all. After all, who's to say that he won't "change his mind" for the 144th. time and decide to hang it up after his first 3-interception game? And who's to say he won't do the same thing to the Packers if he wins the QB competition? Good riddance as far as I'm concerned.

The likely damage that he's done to the Packers franchise and its integrity by this late summer melodrama he's put us through is unforgivable. If I were ANY player on the Packers' roster, I wouldn't believe anything that the team or coaches said. And as soon as I could do so, I'd be signing with ANYBODY ELSE. Any team that puts one player on a pedestal and renders preferential treatment to that player is not one that I would want to play for.

Damn you, Brett Favre!

lol, ya what a jerk, was one of the best qbs in the league last year, and wants to play one more year.

I almost wish they played Rodgers because after a few games people will be begging for the alternative.

The plan is -

MM will meet with Favre tomorrow afternoon (after official return at noon).

Then MM and Favre will meet with the QBs.

Then the whole team will meet together.

This is all of course if Favre isn't traded by noon tomorrow (my words).
