$11M for the Pack

This comes from an NFL.com blog comparing team payrolls and wins over the last five years. Its an interesting idea for a column, and I was shocked to see the Redskins were as high as #24.

I took note that the Patriots & Steelers get the best bang for the buck. Ted isn't tight enough to compete with those two yet.

Interesting enough is that we spent the 3rd lowest amount of cash outlay over that time. Doing pretty well.

I believe I read that the Queens spent $70M more for the same amount of wins over that span. No confirmation on whether or not that includes the storage fees for their trophy case.

Talk about useless stats. I know it's June, but wow. Gee, the Raiders spent more "per win" because they've had so few. Pythagoras would be proud.

Pythagoras played for the Samos Math Team a few years back. The Math part was probrably a miss translation of the original word. Probably should have been "Meth". Little is really known about him, in today's world he would have a fairly extensive NFL database.
