I was reading this morning about how Da Bores already have 7 of their 12 draft picks signed, and it occurred to me that I haven't heard anything about our picks yet.

Did I just miss the news... or are we missing Andrew Brandt more than we thought we would?

I know it's still early, but have we done anything yet?

Seven of the Bears' picks were from the 5th round on (including FIVE seventh-rounders). Not a lot of room for negotiation with those guys, if those are the ones they've signed (likely).

No need to get anybody signed until shortly before training camp. They can still practice and so forth at minicamps.

Unless I'm mistaken, Brandt had no one signed at this time last year. Let's not panic. The Bears were quick on the trigger last year as well.
