I'm... so... PSYCHED!!!
Even more this year than last, I think. I loved Brett (in a platonic, totally non-homosexual way) as much as anyone, but I'm really excited to see the new Packers. |

Anything to get away from Euro 2008 over here would be great. My goodness, Soccer is everywhere here. How long to NFL Pre-Season Week 1 Kickoff?!?!?!

It's true that it's only going to be 75 degrees for a few days, but it feels like forever.

Exactly, not even a real Italian. Sicilians are more Greek than Italian. |

Opening day is September 8, so it's still 75 days away. Nothing occurs before then except practices and glorified practices.

GD, it's still painful here, but its understandable with the culture of growing up with Soccer here in Asia. I'm beginning to understand its their version of our Little League and YBA, and you can play all year round due to the climate. Speaking of learning other sports of the world, I rolled into a "Sporting Goods" store here. They sold badminton rackets for like $250, and the birdies are made out of real bird feathers. Holy crap, Target and their $25 volleyball/badminton/cheap piece of crap plastic pole combination is a business opportunity in-waiting. |
