I am very excited on how this team started to play towards the end of the season...especially on defense. It definitely gives me that feeling that we are moving in the right direction to become a highly competitive team in the years to come. Especially with how young of a squad we had this year. I am just excited for next season and can't wait for free agency to begin and the draft to get here. Does anyone have official dates to the free agency period this year? Go Pack!!!!

Free agency usually starts 30 days after the Super Bowl. Not sure if that changed when the CBA was extended last off-season. I know the cap is supposed to increase significantly, so there will be many teams with a lot of coin to spend.
I believe the Packers are projected to be almost $30 million under the cap for 2007. Vikes are supposedly around $20 million under.
