There are good odds for anyone optimistic on the Packers' chances... The NFC is very unpredictable and really there is no sure fire winner out there. The interesting thing about these odds is that they have been issued prior to free agency losses/additions and prior to the draft. Too early to predict outcomes, but as a fan I like the odds for the Packers!
BTW, I watched Irwin's prediction for the Packers as a surprize contender: He based all of it on his notion that this was a team on the rise and a team that was really having a great time playing with a great leader: Brett! |

Fine with me. Keep the Packs as "dogs" flying under the radar. Let the media hype DallASS and Puttsberg. Indy gets a few injuries and their already digging a hole to bury them. Then there's the Patsies. All but annointed the SB for 2008.
Long ways to go yet and the Packers could some lay some big eggs. But if I was a betting man, I'd put my money on the "dogs" from Green Bay. |
