Usable hard rolls are very difficult to find outside of WI for some reason....the closest down here are "Chicago hard rolls", and they just don't cut it.

We've been searching for a bakery back home that'll give us the bulk recipe, and then we'll find a local to do the honors for special events. No luck yet, but we're not giving up.
