When I lived in Portland and JR the geenyous played for the Jail Blazers, he got picked up in a mall parking lot smoking grass out of his coke can bong junkie style. Not sure if that's the same incident that's been referred to here, but a couple things made that especially hilarious:

1. He got picked up twice doing the same thing.
2. The only reason he got picked up both times is that the music was SO LOUD in his car that residents of the nearby neighborhood called in noise complaints.
3. He was less than a mile from his house.

Here's to a potential JR Jr.

Then again......he could actually be sick........
