Also, the cap guy photo is a direct link to cpheph1's personal e-mail address on the chance you'd like to e-mail him directly with information, etc.

Please, when posting information on cap numbers, run it by cpheph1 first along with some proof (link, etc.). I'd like to help him keep the cappage as accurate as humanly possible. Sometimes we have conflicting reports about contracts in the media.
