Pretty cool - I am happy for him. Bucks have three Olympians now (Redd, Bogut, Yi) - wonder if any other team can say that? This team really has it's own Big 3 - watch out Boston!! |

Many will rip him for his contract but it's still pretty good to be selected. While Redd will definitely be shopped around I'd love to see what he can do with another all-star on the team. He hasn't had much around him. He'd be a great second banana.

I think its great that Redd is going to the Olypics but I can't help but wonder if the prequalifying tourny maybe played on his mental make up last year. Redd refuses to allow the offense to go through Bogut and Yi....matter of fact none of the guards on this team will....

I will not be happy if the Bucks trade Redd for a young player plus draft picks. The Celtics' win proved that a good mix of veterans is the key to a championship. Look at the last four teams in the playoffs; Celtics, Pistons, Lakers, Spurs. The majority of the those teams' key contributors are veterans. Due to his time with the Pistons, I think Hammond realizes this fact.
