Don't let the facts get in the way of a good story! pullhair

"Sources: Sampson likely to be an assistant for Milwaukee Bucks" is the title to this link

This could end up being true; be careful what you are saying is accurate.

Well the Bucks let go all of their assistants today. Skiles said some of them were very good but this is the first chance he has had to assemble his own staff. Jim Todd had been here under Ford, Karl, Porter and LK, he went to Toronto during the Stotts years.

Sampson is rumored as one coach (and I hear it WILL happen). Joe Wolf is rumored to be in line as a "big man" coach. I don't know what kind of a coach he is but we've never had a big man coach before, it's certainly worth a try.

New Mexico associate head coach Craig Neal might be brought on and Skiles may bring Boylan with him from Chicago. Boylan played at Marquette under Al.

Also let go was Jarinn Akana, he was brought in specifically for Yi (Akana had helped coach the Chinese National team). From what I hear Akana was not well regarded.

So Hammond/Skiles continue to clear house. Thumbs Up
