Any program recommendaions for basic computer security? I'm looking to just block internet access, access to "my documents", etc.

I tried "Deskman" and it seems overly complicated for what should be a simple operation, with the potential to really screw things up.

Any suggestions?

I'm guessing this is a computer you currently login to.

Simply create a basic acount (No admin rights) and then YOUR accounts My Documents will be inaccessible.

As for Internet access, simply disable the network adapter. It sounds like you are attempting to stop a child from surfing from your own computer.

I agree with FRZ...password protect your profile. You could also use Group Policy to prevent access.
