I have music on Real Player, and if I got a viedo email it would play on Real Player, now it plays on Windows Media, how do I switch it back

These instructions are for RealPlayer version 10.5, but they should be similar for any version.

Open up Real Player.
Click Tools, Preferences.
Click the + next to Content (left column).
Select Media Types.

Now, either:

Select Make realplayer my universal player (all audio/video files will then use Real Player)

OR

Select Manual and click Select.

Now search for the file type in question, and check it. Each file type will say which program it is currently associatedd with.

Make sure to click OK to all dialog boxes to save your changes.

You can also right click the file in question (after saving it to your desktop) and select "Open With" then "Choose Program" In the list, select Real Player then be sure to click the "Always use this program to open this type of file" check box, then click OK.

That should switch only those file types if you don't want to do ALL.

To take FRZ's suggestion one step further, if you don't see an "Open with" option in the menu that appears, try holding the Left Shift key down as you right click the file to open.
